Conversations
When others believe we are working for mutual purpose we show that we care about their goals, interests and values, then we have the basis for good dialogue.
Find a shared goal and you have both a good reason to strive towards success.
What are the challenges?
- getting together to have conversations
- personal life - how does this affect / impact on their practice
- school demands and the reality of busy classroom practice
Conversations that are ... tough ... difficult... hard... tricky...stressful could be addressed by ...
Tipping the thinking to ... important conversations
If it's important then it's important to have the conversation.
